In our last customer satisfaction survey, 94% of our clients responded. Here’s what we learned.:

Most clients hired us for at least two services, many for more. Cited most often was facilitation (80%), team building (60%), consulting (47%) and strategic planning (40%). |

83% said that we did an excellent job of modeling teamwork when working with them and each other. |

65% rated the quality of the reports, materials, and handouts as excellent, 35% said it was good. |
