My Story

Author Cathy Perme went into business for herself over 30 years ago after a successful career in the computer industry.

Since founding C. M. Perme & Associates, Cathy has consulted with hundreds of companies of all sizes and in a wide variety of industries. She has helped hundreds of organizations, from two-person firms to multinational corporations, to focus clearly, organize effectively, and act with courage.

In 2019 Cathy co-founded Perme and Peterson Associates, LLC, with Amber Peterson. Cathy has since gained emeritus status and the business is now known as Peterson & Perme Associates, LLC.

Cathy now enjoys working with aspiring consultants, helping them “find their fizz”. If you’ve ever wondered if you could succeed as a consultant, talk with Cathy. Not only will you get step-by-step practical advice on how to succeed, you will also be challenged to think deeply about your motivation and experience and then decide if consulting is for you.
